LOOK | This morning, Governor Carlos M. Padilla warmly welcomed the Nueva Vizcaya Paragliding pilots who competed in the recently concluded 7th Thailand Paragliding Accuracy Friendships Open.

The group includes Aly and Seri Pugong, Kelvin Liyangna, Allen Gayo and Ms. Violet Lucasi.
