I HAVE VERTIGO, CAN I STILL FLY?
We encourage you to visit and watch the flights of others first to see how you feel about the experience. For your safety, please consult your doctor before considering flying.
I HAVE ASTHME, CAN I STILL FLY?
We can fly passengers with minor medical conditions as long as you are physically, psychologically, and mentally prepared on the day of your flight. Make sure you take your maintenance or medication before your flight and bring extra in case of emergency.
If you feel uneasy or unprepared during your orientation, simulation, and take-off preparations, you can opt out of the flight. In case this happens, you don’t have to pay for the experience. But your downpayment will not be refunded, as the time slot has been reserved for you by the pilot on that day.
CAN I USE MY OWN CAMERA (GOPRO, 360 CAMERA)?
For safety and operational purposes, we strongly recommend that our guests avail the add-on gadgets of our pilots.
But yes, we also allow the use of your own device, which will solely be your responsibility. Bring your own sticks. We do not lend or rent out sticks or hooks. Please read thru the liabilities of using your own camera here: www.nuevavizcayaparagliding.com/camera
CAN I USE MY PHONE?
For safety purposes, we do not allow the use of cellphones on sticks.

WHAT IS THE ROAD CONDITION GOING TO THE SITE?
1 km is rough road. High motorcycles, and SUVs. 4ร4 transport is required if it rains the night before.
Sedans and low motorcycles cannot reach the area.
HOW LONG DOES A FLIGHT LAST?
All flights are wind-dependent. The average flight time is 10 minutes. Note: the longer the flight, the more chances for you to get dizzy.
- Normal winds: 7-10 mins
- Good winds: more than 10 minutes
- Great winds: more than 20 minutes
DO I NEED TO STAY OVERNIGHT?
If the weather is good on the day of your flight you won’t need to stay overnight. But if you want to enjoy and relax after your flight or if you’re arriving late in the afternoon for your flight the next day, you can opt to book an overnight stay near us. WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PASSENGERS PER DAY?
The number of passengers will depend on the number of pilot during your scheduled flight day.
I’M HEAVY AND OVERWEIGHT. CAN I STILL FLY?
Maximum: 90 KG. For heavier passengers than 90KG, your flight will be scheduled during strong winds. Expect a shorter flight during weak winds. Important: For pre-booked passengers on the heavier side, your flight will still be wind-dependent at 50-50% chance. The final OK to fly will be from the pilot upon arrival at the fly site. For your safety, we have the right to refuse to fly you incase the wind and weather are not ok. Should this happen, we will refund your downpayment.
DO YOU ALLOW WALK-INs?
Walk-ins can only be accommodated after all the priority pre-booked flights are done, and the weather is still flyable. Note: there may be a lot of waiting time as we only have 1 or 2 pilots.
Paragliding is wind dependent so we have no control of the wind and weather on the day. We encourage pre-booking schedules as we do not have flights every day. This is to facilitate a more seamless experience. Also, pre-booked flyers can avail of the group discounts. The walk-in rate is different from pre-booked passengers.
Note: We cannot guarantee your flight as we have passengers who have booked their flight months ago.

We offer tridem flights for an adult + kid. Message us to know about weight limit on a specific flying day.
IS OPEN SHOES ALLOWED WHEN FLYING?
For a safe landing, it is highly recommended to wear appropriate closed footwear non-slip sneakers or sports shoes. Open shoes (sandals, slippers) are not recommended. As you may trip or slip upon take off.
IS IT REQUIRED TO SCHEDULE 2 DATE OPTIONS OF FLYING?
The second date option is just to make sure you can still fly should it rain or become not flyable on your first date of choice.
