Social Media & Marketing Officer

(aka “The One Who Makes Us Look Cool”)

We’re looking for a creative human who knows how to turn ideas into great content and campaigns people actually want to read, watch, and click.

What You’ll Do
• Write fun, smart content for social media, websites, emails, solicitations, proposals, and whatever else needs words
• Run our social channels and talk to the internet on our behalf
• Dream up marketing campaigns and help make them happen
• Keep our brand voice consistent (and not cringe)
• Check what’s working, what’s not, and tweak things accordingly

What You Should Be Good At
• Writing things people don’t immediately scroll past
• Social media
• Working independently
• Spotting typos from a mile away

Bonus Points If You
• Know a bit about SEO, analytics, design, or video making
• Have strong opinions about fonts and borders
• You’re fun and bubbly

Work Set-Up
• 5 days a week HYBRID
• 4 hours a day or output-based
• Once a week: face to face (Bayombong Office: Centro or Masoc)
