39th Araw ng Nagtipunan sa Landingan Viewpoint
Local, national and international gliders join the two-day paragliding competition at the Landingan Viewpoint in Nagtipunan Quirino on Saturday and Sunday. The paragliding competition, with at least 30 pilots participants, highlighted the town’s 39th founding anniversary dubbed ‘Araw ng Nagtipunan.’
The Novo Vizcayano team joined the Fun Fly Competition to represent Nueva Vizcaya. Kelvin Liyangna emerged as first place and champion of the competition.
