WHAT AM I SUPPORTING?

As the year ends, we, the local pilots of Bayombong-Ambaguio are in need of funds to continue our training as paragliding pilot athletes and/or commercial tandem pilots. The plan is to join a series of training events wherein we will be properly trained by licensed instructors and coaches.

The Novo Vizcayano team is made up of Indigenous Peoples (IPs) from various tribes living in Nueva Vizcaya. We are a group of homegrown and grassroots pilots longing for quality education and sports training with no shortcuts and compromises on safety.

  • PART 1 – BEGINNER TRAINING & COMPETITION (for 7 pilots) – ACTIVATED for SEPTEMBER
  • PART 2 – ADVANCE TRAINING & COMPETITION (for 4 pilots) – coming soon OCTOBER
  • PART 3 – TANDEM SAFETY TRAINING (for 3 pilots) – coming soon NOVEMBER

PART 1

This August 29 onwards, 7 NOVO VIZCAYANO PILOTS will fly to Saranggani, Mindanao to represent Nueva Vizcaya in this fun fly accuracy competition. They will also train to complete their beginner course and take their practical and theoretical exam for their flying licenses.

HOW MUCH IS NEEDED FOR THIS PART 1?

DURATION: 17 DAYS LOCKED IN

INCLUDES: 2-way plane ticket to General Santos, 2-way transport from Nueva Vizcaya to Manila Airport, transport to flysite, fuel, accommodation, food, competition registration, flysite fees, training fees, equipment use, licensing fees, medicines, insurance and emergency costs.
